August 2011 update and victim reports

Helen has been laid up in hospital after her right knee, due to be replaced later this year, collapsed. She is now unable to walk and doctors cannot operate until the skin graft on her other leg has completely healed. Meanwhile, Helen has mentioned that she can still take phone calls on her mobile (see the contact details), and victims should still submit their report via this website (survey form).
